• Handle advanced web development tasks across all the projects.

• Address complicated problems ranging from production performance to new feature architecture and contract negotiations.

• Serve as a vital escalation point by expertly translating complex technical issues into simple, business-level language.

• Adopt a solution-oriented approach, concentrating on root-cause analysis to avoid internal delivery challenges from recurring.

• During project discovery, work effectively with clients and our internal team to appropriately capture technical needs.

• Collaborate with our business development and strategic leadership teams to identify new technological opportunities that are aligned with our company's strategic goals.

• Define the overall project characteristics and underlying requirements, and work with the programme lead to estimate costs and timelines.

• Coordination with client technology teams and external vendors to ensure that offered solutions are feasible and that responsibilities are clearly defined.

• Examine hardware and software platforms for client projects and internal applications, considering both current and future demands.

• Assist in the development of QA standards for all digital deliverables.

• Keep up to date on technological advancements that may have an impact on development practices and share your findings with your colleagues.

• Delegate project duties across multiple teams in collaboration with the program lead.

• Maintain work progress documentation to keep adjacent team members informed.
