Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Editor to join our team. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling recorded raw material into a finished product that's suitable for broadcasting. The ideal candidate should be able to bring sight and sound together to tell a cohesive and compelling story.

Key Responsibilities:

�� Reviewing raw material to determine the shot list

�� Trimming footage segments and putting together the sequence of the film

�� Inputting sound and audio files and reviewing and adjusting the levels of the sound to ensure the best quality

�� Manipulating the video to achieve a desired outcome

�� Rearranging and modifying footage to create a seamless final product

�� Selecting the appropriate video effects and transitions to enhance the video

�� Creating and inserting static and motion graphics

�� Collaborating with the creative team to ensure the video meets project requirements

�� Continuously discovering and implementing new editing technologies and industry's best practices

Requirements:

�� Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, or a related field is preferred
