Position: US IT Bench Sales Recruiters
Experience : 3-5yrs (2 Openings)
Job Location: Permanent remote
Office Time: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Proven Experience in Bench sales in the US IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
Well Versed with Marketing Bench Consultants.
Well Experienced in handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment. . From Sourcing Job Requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients etc., to Submitting the Bench Consultants, Negotiating the best Rates, Following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants at best deals.
Experience in working with OPT/CPT ,H1B, EAD, Green Card & US citizens.
Knowledge on all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp).
Regular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.
Having a good Database & Rapport with Tier 1 Vendors, Vendors & clients.
Expert in Job Portal searches like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, Indeed, LinkedIn etc. and also other networking Methods.
Ability to do H1 Transfers.
Must have Excellent Communication Skills (Both Oral & Written).
Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Must have 3-5 years of bench Sales experience.
Must have good communication skills and negotiation skills
Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD and TN Visa
Excellent phone etiquette/professionalism and cold calling skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
