Job Description

Position: Sr. Executive - Technical Trainer

Age: 25-33

Educational Qualification: Graduate / Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication

Years of Experience: 5+

Perk & CTC: upto 5 LPA + Medical Insurance + Incentives

Payroll Type: Third-party but a permanent Job (Not on Contract)

Skills

1. Expert in technical knowledge of smartphones, IOT & related technology 2. Very good understanding of retail training 3. Must be very good in content creation 4. Must be able to explain difficult technology in simple language 5. Must understand how to do the quantification of results based on Technical Training

Responsibilities

1. Conducting Technical Training sessions in regular intervals for Sales Team & VBA 2. Visiting market to do the Root cause analysis to understand the current challenges in technical knowledge 3. Based on TNI create Training content 4. Conduct Online & Classroom Sessions 5. Must be responsible to ensure all VBA's & Team leaders in Mumbai must have right technical knowledge 6. Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material

1. Must understand adult learning theory 2. Training delivery and methodologies that facilitate learning 3. Transfer of learning 4. Training content development 5. Monitoring performance 6. Evaluating training effectiveness
