Job Role:

As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers in need of financial assistance and explain about the best possible solutions to customer's requirement. The candidate should have good communication skills with a strong ability to persuade and influence customers.

Job Responsibilities:

01) Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain about the unsecured loan assistance, understand customers requirements and offer the best possible solutions

02) Identify customer needs and provide them with information about loan products and services

03) Explain the loan application process and assist customers in completing the application form

04) Follow up with customers to ensure complete documentation and timely processing of their loan application

05) Secure customer's appointments for company's loan advisors to follow up for further process

06) Maintain a record of calls and sales and note useful information

07) Maintain a database of potential customers

Key Skills

01) Any candidate with education of 12th standard / Undergraduate / Graduate can apply

02) Freshers are eligible for the job. Experienced candidates with experience of 6 months to 2 years are a plus

03) Candidates who can join immediately or in 10 to 15 days would be preferred

04) Female candidates are preferred for the role

05) Good communication in English, and Kannada. Knowledge of any other regional language would be a plus
