Role Overview:
• Participate in full software development lifecycle and write code that is maintainable, clear, and concise.

• Identify the areas of improvement and take pro-active approach to address the identified areas by means of automation / process modifications / documentation / trainings
• Create the resource plan / roaster and ensure the availability required resources in all shifts.

Skills and Background
The ideal candidate would have worked in a product organisation and on transaction processing intensive systems. (S)he would be passionate about technology and impact on peoples’ lives. Experience in the financial services industry would be a plus.
You would always be hands on and need to have the ability to get into design.
