Senior Technical Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated technical executive with a Btech/Mtech graduation degree and 3 years of relevant experience to lead our team of managers and guide them on data-oriented tasks. The ideal candidate should have sound technical machine knowledge, a strong understanding of science and chemicals, and excellent problem-solving skills. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in using online tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and other data management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a team of managers to efficiently handle the R&D and production parts of the company.

• Use technical expertise to identify and resolve machine-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Develop and implement technical solutions to increase machine efficiency and productivity.

• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and apply them to improve the overall performance of the company.

• Analyze the numbers, profits, and losses of the company and develop strategies to maximize profitability.

• Perform data-oriented tasks, such as preparing spreadsheets, creating reports, and analyzing data.

• Develop formulas to calculate production targets and maintain accurate records of production.

• Ensure that all machines are operating at their optimal level and implement preventative maintenance measures.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

• Efficiently handle data and organizational work on the efficiency front.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Btech/Mtech) or a related technical field.

• 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

• Sound technical machine knowledge, with a strong understanding of science and chemicals.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using online tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and other data management tools.
