Seeking a Senior Analyst - People Systems (Workday HCM) in Bengaluru for a US-based client (C2H). You'll enhance Workday HCM, ensuring data accuracy and driving automation. Responsibilities include configuring Workday Benefits, Talent, and Performance modules, supporting annual events, and building reports. You'll also manage upgrades and integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, RaaS).
Required: 7+ years Workday HCM experience, 4+ years configuring Benefits/Talent, proficiency in Security, Business Processes, and Report Writer. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday Reporting & Dashboards:
Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports (Composite, Matrix, custom reports).
Develop and optimize Workday dashboards for business insights.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with business standards.
Provide expertise on Workday reporting best practices.
Workday Integrations:
Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, and RaaS (Report as a Service).
Maintain and enhance existing integrations with minimal disruption.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with HR, Finance, and other teams to gather reporting requirements.
Proactively suggest improvements and roadmap for reporting & integrations.
Develop documentation (report specs, processes, user guides).
