Job Summary
Team members helps customers to find desired food or beverage from the menu list. Answer all the questions, make purchase recommendations and explain the ingredients and flavor of the food/beverage. Once the customer is served the transaction has to be evaluated and a bill for the same is to be handed and the transaction needs to be closed with the payment.
Responsibilities & Service
Manage all system related SCM tasks & receive /check Packages from vendors ,input into the SCM system
Learn how to operate the computerized POS system
Bill Customers and Make Change
Packaging of Take Away and Home Delivery Orders
Keeping the restaurant & kitchen clean at all times with deep cleaning once a week
Waitlist management on glide app and register.
Have knowledge of food costs, combos and other offers going on for the day and suggest the customers accordingly
Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety,sanitisation, service and cleanliness
Follow the Dosa Coffee Operations App and and go through the Checklist
Help in Up Selling products in the restaurant keeping food cost in mind
Learn basic services maintenance
Dish washing at 3 sink compartment & Floor moping as per brand standard
Perform cleaning duties, such as clearing tables, wiping glass doors and maintaining store hygiene
Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform, daily shaving and adhering to a Dosa coffee dress code
Should be able to handle & resolve guest complains or any internal issues
Requirement & Skills
Good communication skills ,presentable attitude & personality
Minimum Qualification 10+2
Fresher or experience both can apply
Provide excellent customer service for each guest entering the establishment
Flexibile to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be physically fit for the work, must provide medical certificate for fitness
