• Act as main contact point in the team for releases

• Act as main contact point within Infrastructure for Data Classification and Data Masking. Working closely with Data Governance and Data Protection to ensure data is protected at all time.

• Developing the changes required in your tickets in a current code version on your own local database instance or a dedicated development server

• Creating SQL Server database objects such as Tables, Views, Stored Procedures and Functions

• Creating SQL Server Integration Services packages

• Automating processes using PowerShell, ETL, T-SQL, etc

• Peer reviewing other Developers code and adhering to code version control

• Taking ownership of progress projects and delivering through from conceptual to production. Work with developers on continuous integration

• Maintain and produce a high standard of core documentation.

• Performing analysis of source databases and processes. This could take the form of, data profiling, schema analysis, understand a database model, data quality analysis, data flow analysis, MI analysis.

• Working with the project team to design solutions to data problems using the knowledge gained from analysis

• Promote adoption of solutions by working closely with business colleagues to help them understand the technical solution

• Understanding and documenting business processes

• Attending planning, retrospective and stand-up meetings

• Sharing what you’ve learned with the wider team as we collaboratively design solutions to data problems.

• Maintain the company’s compliance standards and ensure timely completion of all mandatory on-line training modules and attestations
