Roles and Responsibilities

1. Designing and developing/coding software components including web applications, middleware and services.

2. Specification and management of coding, usability and quality standards.

3. Interpreting requirements into application designs.

4. Collaborating with QA and Business Analysis team members.

5. Ensuring quality, architectural integrity, and accuracy of released code.

6. Be an individual contributor (very hands on) as well as able to guide and mentor team members.

7. Evaluating and learning new technologies that would provide additional business value.

Must Have Technical Skills:

1. Solid working experience in Java and J2EE development skills.

2. Hands-on Experience in Spring boot and Microservices architecture.

3. Must have experience working with Agile methodology.

4. Multithreading (must be strong), Java Data Structure and Concurrent Packages in Java.

5. Spring framework, Hibernate, RestFul Web Services, Servlet, JSP.

Good to have

1. Python, Cloud, and CI-CD skills would be a plus.

2. The candidate should have attention to detail, and excellent analytical, problem solving, time management skills.

3. Willingness and commitment to walk extra mile to achieve client delight and ensure high quality output delivery within stringent timelines.

4. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

5. Ability to work with colleagues/clients located globally, and client. Strong stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
