Job Description – Sr. Social Executive

Key responsibilities:
• Training and supervising a cohort of social media specialists.
• Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
• Implement organic social media campaigns
• Create content plans with the social team
• Effective coordination and understanding creative requirements
• Using appropriate research tools to support planning
• Using analysis tools to measure performance and interpret findings into action plan
• Compiling weekly and monthly reports on social growth and performance
• Identify and work with appropriate content creators to build a pipeline of content
• Manage channel growth in line with targets
• Setting objectives of social team and managing performance
• Work closely with copywriters & designers to ensure right products are pushed at the correct time
• Working with the digital team on paid social to optimise campaigns and spend
• Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications.
• Exploring the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire.
Key skills (requirements):
