Senior Interior Site Engineer

Role and Responsibility

Collaborate with the Senior Engineers to create more efficient methods and maintain profitability

Undertake design project from concept to completion

Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans

Develop the specifications for all equipment that is required for each project

Create the framework used to develop and monitor project metrics and manage the collection of project data

Formulate realistic parameters for each project, including design elements and implementation procedures

Establish the methods by which all field tests are administered and develop various ways to monitor the quality of those tests

Analyse photographs, drawings and maps to inform the direction of projects as well as the overall budget constraints

Ensure project feasibility through continual evaluation of structural integrity and design practicality

Create designs that utilize a variety of materials

Perform and adjust quantity calculations for practical and budgetary purposes

Communicate with team members as well as customers and vendors to ensure maximum cohesion and fluidity on projects

Forecast design and construction time frames

Inspect project sites to ensure they meet relevant codes and are progressing properly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidate Must Have Knowledge of Interior & Exterior, Landscaping execution Work.

Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces like consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions for Commercial places such as (Hotel, Hospital, College etc)

Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.

Can Prepare BOQ & Billing by The Drawings. Candidate must be Have well Behaved & Good in Communication, Hard Worker, Honest, Responsible, Punctuality of time & Disciplined.

Minimum experience required 3 to 10 years.
