About the Role
Aamby Valley Limited is seeking a seasoned and proactive Senior Security Manager to lead and oversee our comprehensive security operations at Aamby Valley City. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic security measures to ensure the safety and security of our residents, guests, staff, and property.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive security program that adheres to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Oversee all security personnel, including security guards, access control specialists, and emergency response teams.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Implement and maintain state-of-the-art security technology, including CCTV systems, access control systems, and fire alarms.
Manage security budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures for various situations.
Investigate security incidents and breaches, ensuring thorough documentation and reporting.
Liaise with law enforcement and other relevant authorities as needed.
Foster a culture of security awareness and vigilance among staff and residents.
Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of experience in a senior security leadership role within a large organization, preferably in the hospitality, township or property management sector.
Proven track record of success in developing, implementing, and managing security programs.
In-depth knowledge of security best practices, risk management principles, and emergency response procedures.
Strong understanding of relevant security laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Maximum age of 45 years.
Preference will be given to Ex Army man.
