Role Responsibilities
•Driving achievement of Primary and secondary Volume and Value targets by Month, QTR & Year
•Distributor & distribution management (clarity with the concept of ROI).
•Accountable for conducting Gate meetings, reiterating targets among the DVSM, explaining schemes and prioritizing the focused brand/ SKU for the day
•Ensuring execution and delivery of process KPI eg. Bills cut, Mandays, Line-sold, MSL, Eco-30, Dispersion, etc.
•KPC Drive, Perfect and Right Store agendas-ensuring visibility through POBs.
•Ensuring 100% billing at KPCs & SDLs and increasing the dispersion rate.
•People & Capability: Regular coaching and OJT to field force on Steps of a call, Disha-mobility usage to improve sales capabilities and achieving executional excellence
