The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the paper manufacturing industry and strong sales expertise. This individual will play a critical role in managing key accounts, expanding our customer base, and achieving revenue goals. The Sales Manager will work closely with the production and marketing teams to meet customer demands and maximize business growth.
Experience in factory operations or manufacturing environments.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market presence for kraft paper products.
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, maintaining strong relationships to foster long-term business.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Negotiate and close sales deals with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and product offerings.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and other key metrics to management.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and product management to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
Provide training and guidance to junior sales team members as required.
Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company��s products and services.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
