Job Summary:

NU Skillsync Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our Real Estate division. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic partnerships within the real estate industry. Your exceptional sales skills, leadership abilities, and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure individual and team success.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including building relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and potential clients.

Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities and challenges.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales and promotional strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target segments, customer needs, and product/service enhancements.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.

Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management on key metrics, achievements, and challenges.

Stay abreast of industry regulations, legal requirements, and ethical standards related to real estate sales.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
