Any Engineering, Management degree

Should have hands on experience in the retail industry (Organized retail space preferably) POS Point of Sales experience.

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization

Self -driven go getter, who is willing to go above and beyond the defined job responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Responsible for customer acquisition and revenue generation in assigned territory/region

Devising strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and ensuring strong presence

Build and promote a long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs proactively

Prepare and present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecast, to the management team

Identify emerging markets and market trends while being aware of new products and competition
