Job Purpose
To develop & grow GNH share of wallet with the independent dealers in the assigned territory through superior territory management, sales planning & value selling using GN Hearing solutions
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop & grow GN share with existing customers (Channel Sales)
2. Business Development - Identify & penetrate prospective customers
3. Work closely with regional audiologist to train customers in ably dispensing GN products
4. Timely collection of dues/market outstanding
5. To keep a close tab on competition activities & update on regular basis
6. To plan & execute activities to improve secondary sales – Camps/Parent Child Meets
7. To do thorough sales call planning & execute as per plan
8. To submit various reports on time as per norms set by RSM
Key success factors for performance

1. Achieve sales for the territory as per agreed targets
2. Control overdue within agreed target
3. Business development - Deliver business from prospective customers as per target planned for the territory.

1. To generate secondary business as per plan from various activities such as camps etc.

Education & Training
- MBA in Marketing preferred or Graduate (preferably science)
- 4-5 years of Channel Sales experience with a proven sales record
- Age up to 30 years maximum
