Roles & Responsibilities-
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager who is self- motivated, self-driven, and a true go-getter.
Leads Generation through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media platforms.
Present product demonstrations and Training sessions for Customers, explaining them about product features and benefits.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies.
Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty, drive retention, and continuously identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to both existing and new clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market feedback to management.
