Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for

LED TVs, Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, and Washing Machines in the specified region.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets.

Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure the team's success.

On-board new Dealers and Distributors from the same segment.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client relationships to expand the company's customer

base.

Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the senior management team.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.

Ensure that the team meets and exceeds sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to keep the company at the forefront of the market.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities and sales achievements.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

In-depth knowledge of the industry, market, and competitors.

Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Results-oriented mind set and a strong drive to achieve targets.

Proficiency in using CRM and sales management software.
