Job Title:

Senior Manager / Sales Department - B2B

Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Manager / Sales Department - B2B drives sales growth within a territory or region. This role

requires an experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of the sales process and strong leadership

skills. Responsibilities include setting sales goals, executing sales plans, managing staff, and maintaining customer

relationships. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with a proven track record in sales and the ability

to motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve company goals.

● Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

● Analyze sales data to identify trends and improvement areas.

● Implement sales plans to maximize growth.

● Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.

● Lead and motivate the sales team for high performance.

● Provide guidance and training to team members.

● Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

➔ Educational: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

➔ Experience: Extensive experience in B2B sales, specifically in a managerial role.

➔ Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools

➔ Soft Skills: Strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.

Compensation and Benefits:

Upto 1 Lakh Per Month
