The Senior Sales Manager / Sales Department - B2B drives sales growth within a territory or region. This role

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve company goals.
● Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
● Analyze sales data to identify trends and improvement areas.
● Implement sales plans to maximize growth.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
● Lead and motivate the sales team for high performance.
● Provide guidance and training to team members.
● Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
➔ Educational: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
➔ Experience: Extensive experience in B2B sales, specifically in a managerial role.
➔ Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
➔ Soft Skills: Strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
