Create Sales Script And Structure For The Team

Setting/Tracking Individual Sales Targets And Meeting Planned Sales Goals

Coordinating With Marketing On Lead Generation And Be Able To Generate Their Own Leads

Understand Our Ideal Customers And How They Relate To Our Products

Post Sale Customer Service For A Few Months Depending On Requirement

Sales Manager Requirements:

Bachelors Degree

Experience In Planning And Implementing Sales Strategies

Experience In Customer Relationship Management

Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills

Dedication To Providing Great Customer Service

Languages: English, Hindi And Telugu

50+ Sales Conversions Either In Flats, Lands Or Plots

Willing To Travel As Per The Clients Requirements

2+ Years Of Experience In Real Estate Sales
