Looking for a dynamic candidate with a pleasing personality, having a good command on spoken and writing English and at least one regional language. A real estate sales background will come in handy.

Job Requirement -

1 - Regularly making calls to clients to explain real estate products.

2 - Fixing appointments with clients to visit the properties.

3 - Meeting and creating a relation/bond with the clients at the property.

4 - Post visit follow-up leading to the booking of property.

5 - Keeping proper records of the property related information that needs to be offered to clients.

6 - Keeping proper records of the clients and the discussion done with them.

7 - Keeping proper records of the business done.

8 - Forming & Maintaining relations with Builders & Developers (or their representatives) for smoother business.

Candidate should hold fundamental knowledge of MS Office and internet usage. Owning a two wheeler is a must.
