Responsibilities:

Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, contracts, and presentations.

Order Processing: Oversee the processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment and delivery.

Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.

Sales Coordination: Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and facilitating communication between sales representatives and other departments.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels using CRM software.

Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to management.

Training and Development: Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential leads, market trends, and competitive analysis to support sales strategies.
