Role & responsibilities
Generating leads, meeting clients, product development, product trial on shop floor
Explain the product or service to potential clients.
Contact clients via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure they are satisfied with purchased.
Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with products and services.
Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
Clients follow-up and visit for increasing visibility and generating business.
Handling new enquiries, drawing approval from clients
Negotiation & order finalization internal approval for new order
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 1 year of work experience in Sales
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Excellent listening skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Bike mandatory to travel for office work.
