Job Description

1. Sales Strategy & Execution:

o Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for property sales, including residential, commercial, or luxury real estate.

o Generate and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

o Provide market insights and advice to potential buyers, helping them navigate the real estate market to find properties that meet their needs.

o Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.

2. Client Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, investors, and real estate developers.

o Act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored real estate solutions based on clients specific requirements.

o Regularly follow up with existing clients to encourage repeat business, referrals, and expand the client base.

o Assist clients through the entire buying or selling process, including property selection, negotiations, and documentation.

3. Property Listings & Marketing:

o Collaborate with marketing and listing teams to ensure properties are well-promoted through digital and traditional channels.

o Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers.

o Develop and maintain knowledge of the companys current listings and new developments.

o Stay informed about the local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

4. Negotiation & Closing:

o Lead negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.

o Prepare offers, contracts, and necessary documentation for transactions.

o Oversee the closing process, working with legal, finance, and title teams to ensure a smooth transaction.

o Address any client concerns and resolve issues that may arise during the sales cycle.
