Senior Sales Executive (2-5 Years)

Job Description

1. Responsible for assigned Over all targets for the defined Area and its day to day achievable.

2. Working timings will be in two shifts everyday as follows;

6AM to 11 Am & 4 Pm to 7 Pm

(Only Applicable in Headquarters)

3. Accountable for Distributor Secondary sales and liquidate the billed stocks. Need to check products

every day at DB points to avoid aging.

4. Maintaining a Healthy association with all the outlets (existing, New and potential) and treat them

with utmost priority.

5. Monitor Competitor Activity at market and give accurate information to the respective managers.

6. Finding market gaps and create new outlets. Ensure proper service to them along with hand

holding the new outlets on product movement.

7. Focus on placing All products, Merchandising for movement along with POP material deployment

at Outlets.

8. All Attendance, Market visit, new outlet creation, secondary, Outlet info, Market hygiene to be

capture in BIZOM. All to adopt tech for better effectiveness.

9. Products uniqueness, qualities and superiority to be communicated to all retailer and bring

positivity at market.
