Job Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for Siemens industrial automation products, including PLCs, HMI, SCADA systems, and drives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and potential competitors. Use this information to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Provide technical support and consultations to clients, helping them understand how Siemens products can meet their automation
needs. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Work closely with the engineering and
project management teams to ensure that the proposed solutions meet customer requirements and expectations.
• Collaborate with Siemens representatives to stay updated on product developments and training.
• Monitor sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare reports for management highlighting sales forecast vs actual, customer feedback, and market opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelors BE/ in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics
• Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
• Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and participate in industry events.
Working Conditions
1. Frequent travel to client sites, trade shows, and industry events is required.
2. This role may involve working outside of standard office hours to accommodate customer schedules and time zones.
