Job Description: Sr. Sales Executive Dhanlaxmi Trends Pvt. Ltd.
About the Role: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer/distributor base for our company. You will work closely with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer/Distributor Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new customers/distributors within the Men Shirt industry.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
2-3 Years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Knowledge of the Men shirt industry and market trends (Preferred).
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
Experience in B2B sales.
Knowledge of fashion design and trends.
