- Oversee daily operations across 4 outlets, ensuring seamless customer experience

- Manage financial control, budgeting, and cost optimization for all outlets

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

- Lead and train operations team across all outlets to achieve excellence

- Conduct performance reviews and develop growth plans for team members

- Implement process improvements and innovation across outlets

- Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and ambiance

- Collaborate with culinary team for menu planning and execution

- Drive revenue growth and improve efficiency across outlets

Requirements:

- 12-15 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality operations

- Minimum 2 years in a similar multi-unit leadership role

- Excellent understanding of fine dining restaurant operations, customer service, and financial management

- Proven track record in increasing revenue, improving efficiency, and reducing costs

- Education and training from a reputable hospitality institute

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
