Ø Screening the resumes of the candidates on the basis of the criteria for the position.
Ø Supporting in all recruiting activities like walk-in interviews, mass e-mailing, job posting etc.
Ø Following up on the interview process status
Ø Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
Ø Completing timely reports on employment activity
Ø Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
Ø Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
Ø Reports the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process.
