Responsibilities -

Key: Screen, Administer Tests, Interview, Onboard, Handhold, Conduct Surveys

Source candidates from online job portals, Internal referencing, Company website applicants

Screening, shortlisting, and arranging interviews of candidates with the Hiring manager.

Onboarding

Coordinate all internal and external job postings.

Responsible for keeping a record of all recruitment-related documentation.

Big Plus but not essential: Past experience of hiring in volume for IT positions.
