Job Summary:
A Quality Engineer with 2-3 years of experience is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of quality control processes to ensure products meet the required standards. This role involves performing routine inspections, testing, and analysis, and supporting senior engineers in quality improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Quality Inspections:
Conduct routine inspections and tests on products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Record and analyze test data to identify deviations from quality standards.
Support Quality Improvement:
Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and assist in developing corrective actions.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed documentation of inspection results, test results, and quality records.
Prepare quality reports and communicate findings to senior engineers and management.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Stay updated with changes in quality standards and regulations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with production teams to ensure quality standards are met during the manufacturing process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.
Certifications: Certifications in quality management (., ISO, Six Sigma) are a plus.
