Develop QA Processes and Procedures to enhance QA methodology for test and defect

management

Help in efforts estimation and manage the day-to-day activities of QA team members

Manage testing schedules, work allocation to team members and ensure that the QA team

meets expectations and deadlines

Participate in testing cycle to identify the bugs in the syste

Maintain documentation related to the software or system

Participate in discussions, contribute ideas for better user experience and product quality

Interact and negotiate with third-party Testing vendors for QA related activities

Timely provide the QA updates to superiors

Hires and trains quality assurance staff.

Knowledge on various QA activities such as Functional testing, Performance/Load testing,

Penetration testing, Automation testing etc.

Knowledge on Mobile and Web Application Automation (Appium and Selenium), Hybrid

frameworks
