Job Responsibilities:

• Lead projects for cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a new feature, service, product, or system

• Determine and develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports

• Gather business requirements, document functional and design specifications, identify appropriate resources needed, assemble the right project team, and develop the milestones and launch schedule to ensure timely and successful delivery

• Project management of overall development process including communicating goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams and partners

• Drive transformation agendas on setting up engineering KPIs, benchmarks, measurements and processes, ensuring appropriate governance mechanism

• Assess and manage risks, measure and report on progress, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs with the technical constraints.

• Partner with stakeholders from product management, professional services and support to define business and product requirements for long term product roadmap

• Communicate, both verbally and in writing, program successes, failures, lessons learned and mitigation plans to stakeholders

• Create business cases to enable sign off from target stakeholders

• Drive cost-savings and continuous improvement initiatives

• Drive milestone readiness with the cross-functional teams

• Navigate through ambiguity and managing technical project delivery in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Resolution of intra team Dependencies

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field or equivalent experience

• Technical Program manager requires strong technical skills and a solid understanding of software development methodologies
