Responsibilities of the job include:
* Planning and organizing production schedules
* Assessing project and resource requirements
* Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
* Determining quality control standards
* Overseeing production processes
* Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
* Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
* Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
* Liaising with marketing and sales staff
* Supervising and managing the work of junior staff
* Organizing relevant training sessions
* Product realization and loss monitoring and control
* Worker efficiency report to be ensure
* All Production related documents and records updates
* All process to be ensure ( ISO ,5s,Kaizen ,TQM)
Requirements :
* Minimum Experience in production unit (07 TO 10 YEARS )
* Qualification - (or) Chemistry
* Thorough knowledge of industrial and safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
* Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
*Male candidate only preferred
