Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Acquisition Strategies:
Design and execute comprehensive strategies to attract new clients.
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and generate leads through various channels including networking, events, and digital marketing.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track progress.
Client Engagement:
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations to close deals.
Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with new clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new client inquiries and onboarding.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze acquisition metrics and performance.
Prepare and present regular reports on client acquisition activities and results.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and optimize client acquisition efforts.
Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development, with a proven track record of success.
