JOB DESCRIPTION

Senior Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate should possess the prominent skills to develop, implement,

track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

The candidate should also have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and

strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from

concept to execution.

Responsibilities:

 Own the marketing and online sales of a particular or multiple marketing

channels for the whole brand.

(FB/Insta, Google Adwords, Amazon etc.)

 Manage/lead team/s to optimize digital assets(written, creative and video

content) and Ad Content

 Manage teams to optimize and control ad spend and ROAS in real time.

 Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for our platform.

 Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user

experience.

 Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user

 Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

 Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective

for adoption where required

Qualifications:

 Proven working experience in managing D2C online sales for brand/s of 2 - 5

years.

 Demonstrable experience leading and managing direct to consumer ad

campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc.

 An analytical bent of mind with a strong affluence and proficiency with

numbers

 Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

 Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

 Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and

measurement

Salary - 12-18 LPA
