Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends

- Create engaging content (blog posts, social media, email campaigns, etc.) to showcase our products and services

- Manage and maintain our website, social media platforms, and online presence

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, Production) to align marketing efforts

- Plan and coordinate trade show appearances, events, and product launches

- Analyze campaign results, track metrics, and optimize marketing strategies

- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, suppliers, and customers

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

- 6 Months to 2+ years of marketing experience in the printing, packaging, or related industry

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and marketing software (., HubSpot, Mailchimp)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
