1. Handling court cases pertaining to collection /recovery is compulsory

2. Handling police station issues is mandatory

3. Good Network of advocates is needed.

7. Document reading and vetting as applicable as per Government norms

8. Knowledge of entire litigation process

• Prior experience in Arbitration
