Job Responsibilities:

The role holder will primarily manage the sales team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned area/channel.

JOB PROFILE:

Develop the partner channel for insurance cross-sell at the location and the catchments area around.

Responsible for sales budget and portfolio profitability across all the product groups of the business sourced from partner channels through the location.

Current product groups include home insurance, health insurance, motor insurance, etc.

Conduct training of the partner channel members on new products, process roll out and thereafter conduct refresher modules.

Manage the partner relation at location level and day to day service requirements.
