Major Deliverables: Accountable to achieve new accounts for corporate business channel Regional level development and acquisition of new business To Maintain delivery standard – TAT Ensuring retention of existing books for corporate sales To build relationship with all clients to ensure optimum customer satisfaction. Prepare productivity charts and share dashboards with Senior Management Specialized job competencies: Domain expertise in General Insurance / Insurance Broking Experience in Sales & Business Development High service orientation and should have experience in managing large corporate clients High process orientation and presentation skills Educational Qualification: MBA / Post graduate / Post graduate in Engineering Other desired attributes: Minimum 5 to Maximum 12 yrs of relevant experience in Business Development Candidate must be from the General Insurance / Broking background Professional Insurance qualification will be an advantage Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Planning and Execution skills Excellent Interpersonal skills Excellent process orientation and presentation skills Team Management
