Job Description

Require an HR Head URGENTLY for Jodhpur Location for a large MNC.

MANDATORY: The candidate should be from the COMMODITY INDUSTRY(RECYCLING) and drawing an existing salary package of approximately 15 lacs.

Offered Salary range is 25-30 LPA. Can be enhanced basis the candidate skillset.

MANDATORY: 1) Master’s degree in human resources 2) 7 years plus years' experience in human resources or recruitment

Should have Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems

Should have Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office

IR knowledge will be an added advantage
