Onboarding and Integration:

�� Design and oversee a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization.

�� Foster a positive and inclusive onboarding experience to set the foundation for long-term employee engagement.

Corporate Culture and Employee Motivation:

�� Establish and nurture a sustainable corporate culture that aligns with Delta Yards' values.

�� Develop initiatives to motivate and engage existing employees, promoting a professional working atmosphere.

Brand Ambassadorship:

�� Represent Delta Yards as a brand ambassador to both internal and external audiences.

�� Communicate and uphold the organization's values and culture in a positive and consistent manner.

Continuous Improvement:

�� Stay abreast of HR best practices and industry trends.

�� Introduce and adapt best practices from the industry to enhance Delta Yards' HR strategies.

Talent Management:

�� Coach high-potential employees, Mentor, reward and promote employees.

�� Helps companies engage employees and prevent turnover with successful Talent Management strategies.

HRIS Management:

�� Overseeing the daily operation of HR Information Systems and processing employee data like leaves, wages and working hours.

Payroll Management:

�� Overseeing and directing payroll procedures, coordinate timekeeping systems, oversee payroll changes, system upgrades, and ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
