Name of the Post: Sr. Manager Admin/HR & Legal
Qualifications: MBA or its equivalent, preferably LLB. Age: around 55-60, Pleasing Personality, Good command in written/spoken English,
Experience: 10 Years plus experience in the discipline
KEY ROLES OF DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
i) Responsible for finding, recruiting, screening and training job applicants.
ii) Responsible for all types statutory compliances: Labour Laws-Provident Fund & ESI, Welfare Funds, Gratuity or any other obligations. Timely Periodical Returns.
iii) Insurance coverage of Companys owned Units, Medical coverage of employees.
iv) To deal and monitor Legal matters of the Company & liaisoning with Advocates.
v) Time Attendance Control, Biometric systems, Muster Control. Preparation of Timely Wages on roll of employees, Vendors & their attendance control.
vi) Handling employees compensation & benefits, offering career developments.
vii) Development of Policies to maintain conducive/congenial & Industrial Harmony.
Salary Structure: , 000/- (Rs. Sixty Seven Thousand only). For deserving

Software knowledge: Computer Savvy-All basic Software.
