Job responsibilities
• Identify and screen the best of the available talents globally at the shortest possible time with focus on quality.
• Maintain and develop the pipeline of qualified candidates for future open positions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage and increase the number of qualified applicants in the database for active and passive talent.
• Qualify candidates based on introductory calls via phone and emails and make them undergo Outdefine proprietary online assessment.
Relevant Experience -
• Bachelor's degree (CS/IT)
• Must have proven skills in Software Developers recruitment with 3 years of experience.
• Experience in block chain/ web 3 hiring (preferred).
• Solid understanding of skills for recruitment of software engineers like frontend, backend, full-stack, python, JS, mobile (android/iOS), data science.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite, CRM like Hubspot, ATS and core IT job portals.
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets, effective communication skills.
• High-energy, passion and a team player.
• Experience having worked with international candidates.
