Working days - Monday - Saturday (Alternate Saturdays are off)

Working timings- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Flexible working slot)

Requirements

Working proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign

Previous leadership experience as a Design Director, Creative Director, Principal Designer, or a similar role within the interior design industry.

Exceptional creative and conceptual design skills, with a keen eye for detail and a demonstrated ability to translate client objectives into innovative design solutions.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of inspiring and developing design talent.

Strong project management abilities, including the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines effectively.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Experience in overseeing the entire design and execution process for high-end residential and commercial projects

Experience in catering to discerning and affluent clientele
