Roles and Responsibilities:

Consulting and talking to clients, assisting them through the process.

Analyze and Prepare necessary reports in order to check the eligibility and skills of the client.

Liaise between Client and RCIC/Immigration Lawyer through the Core legal team as per the profiles.

Demonstrate advanced process knowledge through the training and on the task at hand.

Adhere to any and all company policies and procedures.

Make business calls and consult over the call as per the inquiry forms filled by clients.

Schedule consulting and meeting with clients as required.

Describe the process and explain their benefits and uses to potential clients.

Communicate with clients in person, by phone, and by email to understand their needs.

Recommend and suggest services for clients based on their individual needs.

Maintain good networking with clients and follow up with clients to make sure requirements are met.

Maintain the client database on the CRM.

Stay up to date with the market, immigration news.

Explore new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales.

Business Development: Discovers and executes how to market to new leads.

Make the consulting more appealing to consumers based on the current trends and their profiles.

Develop new sales strategies.

Trains other business consultants on how to make sales to potential clients.

Demonstrate advanced sales knowledge.
