Requirements:
ï‚· Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant
role
ï‚· Experience with HR software or HRMS Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in
particular)
ï‚· Thorough knowledge of labor laws
ï‚· Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects
ï‚· Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
ï‚· Graduate or post graduate in Human Resources or relevant field
Roles and Responsibilities:
ï‚· Should present an induction presentation in an effective manner to build a strong
organizational culture image at first glance.
ï‚· Compliance assistance to new joiners for - PF, Gratuity, etc.
ï‚· Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies that promote
a healthy work environment.
ï‚· Recruits, interviews, and facilitates hiring qualified job applicants for open positions;
collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies
required for openings.
ï‚· Conducts or acquires background checks and employment eligibility verifications.
ï‚· Implements new hire orientation, employee recognition and employee engagement
experience is a must have.
ï‚· Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs
including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters;
disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity,
recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
ï‚· Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors,
referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
ï‚· Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and
investigations.
ï‚· Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations,
